Travel returning to normal

El Siglo reports that airline operations have almost returned to normal. The newspaper says that American Airlines employees said that the load was up to 80% of normal. American Airlines, US Airways, American Eagle, Continental, North American have resumed their flights. (25 September 2001)

Sovereign bonds issued
