Occidental finalizes purchase of Allegro Resorts

Occidental Hoteles finalized the purchase of Allegro Resorts. The Spanish hotel chain reportedly paid US$455.2 million for the 22 hotels (6,300 rooms) that Allegro operates in 10 countries.
