News reports indicate that a power-generating barge property of Transcontinental Capital Corporation, the subsidiary of Seaboard, will enter into operation at the end of this month. The Estrella del Mar will generate 72 megawatts. Power will be sold directly to the CDE at 0.08 cents the kilowatt.
