The III Caribbean Tourism & Investment Conference opens in Santo Domingo at the Hotel Jaragua Renaissance 18 April. The three-day event is organized by the Caribbean Hotel Association and the Caribbean Tourism Organization and coordinated by C/LAA. President Leonel Fern?ndez will preside over the opening session.
