Passengers affected by no-shows of AA pilots

American Airlines pilots assigned to the New York-Santo Domingo route did not show up over the weekend, alleging health problems and other reasons. The airline re-routed passengers on connecting flights to Miami and Puerto Rico and direct flights on board Continental and TWA that also cover the NY route.
