A Dominican Gastronomic Festival will be held 25 January to 4 February of this year at the Mayfair Inter-Continental Hotel of London. In addition to the presentation of Dominican gourmet dishes made with local ingredients, there will be cigar-rolling, merengue dancing and arts and crafts sales.
