Leonel Fernández returns

Former President Leonel Fernández returned yesterday evening via Miami, Florida. He had traveled to Santiago de Chile to participate in the Círculo de Montevideo talks on 25 August. On his way back, in Washington, D.C. he participated in the Interamerican Dialogue talks. He had no comments on reported scandals of corruption in his government.
