President Hipolito Mejia issued Decree 699-01 yesterday naming economist Hugo Guiliani Cury his new Minister of Industry and Commerce. Guiliani was governor of the Central Bank from 1984-1986. President appointed Sonia Guzman de Hernandez to replace Guiliani in the Monetary Junta.
