Taca Airlines has begun its direct non-stop flight from Santo Domingo’s Las Americas International Airport to Lima, Peru, with hard-to-beat fares of around US$319 round trip. The airline is also competing with region leader Copa by offering rates of US$359 to Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panama and Mexico.
