The general director of the Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation, Jose Tomas Perez has announced the lifting of flight restrictions imposed on Caribair in January. The airline was re-certified after violations to the Civil Aviation Law and navigation rulings, including carrying out commercial operations using private registry airplanes.
