On the trail of Cleopatra

A Dominican-Egyptian archaeology team searching for the tombs of Cleopatra and Mark Antony has unearthed a 2,000-year old well-preserved headless Ptolemaic statue at Taposiris Magna, a temple 50kms west of Alexandria, Egypt’s Ministry of Culture reported on Tuesday. The Ministry of Education announces it is inviting Dominican nationals to apply for scholarships at the Centro de Estudios Financieros, Universidad a Distancia de Madrid, Universidad de Nebrija, Universitat Empresa de les Illes Balears, Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya and Instituto Empresa in Spain.
