Blackberry problems affect DR

Users in the Dominican Republic suffered the effect of major problems affecting Blackberry smart telephones worldwide. Blackberry’s owner RIM says that its services “have improved significantly”, following a three-day global blackout. Nevertheless, users nationwide had their messaging and e-mail service disrupted. Blackberries are the most popular local smart phone.
