Constitutional Court excludes forgery from naturalization beneficiaries

The Constitutional Court has issued ruling 309-14 establishing that anyone who incurs in forgery or identity theft or any other fraudulent activity linked to their citizenship cannot benefit from the provisions for naturalization under Law 169-14 in cases.
