Technicians from the PRD, Fernando Mangual, Bienvenido Brito and William Liriano said that if they were to win the elections they would provide the Ministry of Tourism with RD$320 million a year, up from the present RD$20 million annual allotment. Of that amount, they said RD$182 million would be specifically earmarked for international promotion.
