I understand that the US of A justice system is a one filled with extensive delays and excuses, but I am making reference to the remainder of this so called gang which continues to operate, as mentioned in the link above. Not the ones accused of this heinous act.

OK, on that note the police would have to have just cause to go out and round up suspected gang members. It is not as if they are a small group located in a small barrio. The killing took place in NYC but the brunt of the arrests were in New Jersey which is like an hour drive apart across state lines.

The police nabbed 12 of them and I give them credit for that. They arrested one of the ring leaders which may or may not shake things up.

When all is said and done it will be like the La Soga movie, they get deported back to the DR and it becomes la rep doms problem.

To a degree I believe you are correct. It has been a month since this young man was murdered by these scum of the earth gangsters. Why was this criminal network not completely eliminated? One month later, and there are still those affiliated with them committing more and more acts of violence. How is this allowed to continue? I have said it previously, and I will say it again…..these criminals are not representative of Dominicans. Dominicans are sickened by these ba$tards.

The Dominicans I know would be repulsed by this gang, but don’t try to tell me that many others don’t admire them and wish they could be tough like them. They’re just tigures on steroids, with more money than the boys back in the DR barrios.

There’s an element of Dominican society who looks up to them. :(

In case anyone missed it, so much for word on the street and the sex tape...………….

THE BRONX -
A rival gang dispute is to blame for the slaying of 15-year-old Lesandro Guzman-Feliz, the Bronx District Attorney says.

Bronx District Attorney Darcel Clark says members of the Trinitarios gang plotted to attack rival members of the Sunset Clan when they fatally stabbed and slashed the teen in a case of mistaken identity.

The announcement came Wednesday, the same day as 12 alleged Trinitarios members pleaded not guilty to murder charges in the stabbing death of Guzman-Feliz.

According to indictments against the suspects, members of the gang planned to commit violent acts against the rival Sunset Clan.

Clark says the gang members gathered at the home of their alleged leader, Diego Suero, before they drove to the Sunset Clan's territory in the Bronx where they found Guzman-Feliz, an innocent bystander who they are accused of killing.

They chased him down, dragged him out of a bodega and slashed and stabbed him to death on the sidewalk, according to investigators.

Guzman-Feliz’s mother dispelled rumors that her son was seen in a sex video on social media which sparked the motive for the killing.

If convicted, all suspects face life in prison.

Click link to read comments. Some speculation why the third person to enter the bodega has not been seen on any of the arrest photos.

They are expected back in court in October.

This is the guy i am talking about. He was the one who caught a flight the next day back to la rep dom and his mother turned him in. Did he ever make it back to the USA as I don't recall reading anymore about him.

Or does he just look completely different in jail clothes?

He was supposedly the one who was SINGING Like a Canary.. and gave everyone up. ( the ones in Paterson NJ)
.. He got OFF the Plane in the DR, but never actually ENTERED the Country ... Not sure how his mother turning him in fit into this picture ..maybe she knew the Flight # and turned him in. but the word was the Dominicans were waiting for him.. let him Disembark and all, then grabbed him.

So he may be in heavy Protective Custody, high security whatever they call it for Prisoners .. He probably cut a nice deal... First one to talk gets the deal.. u know how that goes..

But maybe our " word on the street " info is NO good ... and DR NY commuter can come and correct us , like he usually does

@jd426 last I remember reading he made it to I believe Villa Vasquez (sp). His mother turned him in once she found out what he did and he just seemed to vanish off the radar.

I tried a couple of Goggle searches and other than mentioning he was arrested/turned himself in while in la rep dom that is the end of talk about him. I certainly don't remember any videos of him arriving at the airport or of him being escorted down the steps of the police station on his way to court.

Every other person has been shown being put in the patrol car and their first day in court.

I think like you said and a comment I read in that link i posted above ........... he is in a gilded cage singing like a canary.

I also wondered why he was the only one who decided to get out of the USA fast.

FRANK SAYS IMMIGRANTS don't commit crimes in NYC so it must be mistaken identity.

Let me make a quick comment here. East 183, on the other side of Webster ave. in da Bronx. I lived not too far for a while (179/Burnside/Walton) . That place is so much worse than anything you could compare to the worst place in SDO (and I have lived both places) The Bronx, over there and down to 161 south Bronx is the worst, 3rd world ---- hole you can imagine. It's a shame. I remember my ex telling me in the 80s (recall Fort Apache folks) how her father had to throw the mattresses on top of the kids during the shoot-outs down below in the streets.

The garbage-lined streets, the rats, the delinquents, the drunks sitting in pools of their own vomit in your foyer at 2am. The illegal super living in the basement with his 10 family members frying bad meat at 3am.

I'll take DR anyday

be careful when you use the term ''Bronx''. people who have never been there think the whole borough is a ghetto...

Nobody thinks of these areas when they think of the Bronx or when it first comes to mind. That will never change.
