Lately I've been buying 'casabe itergral' (purchased in Super Pola). It is brown and tastes good (although I like the regular white one also. I like the small thin ones). The 'intergral' says it has nothing added...the same as the white one...I'm wondering how
it could be 'Intergal" (whole grain) and what makes it brown.

That it requires the addition of something to make it palatable I won't eat it. For me that applies to casaba.

I did the same thing - thinking integral what a bonus until I read the ingredients whole wheat
