I started this kind of business in 1996 and sold it in 2001. We used Chev Globetrotters ( natural gass ofcourse, 8 cil.......). I started out with 3 globes and sold my VIP tours having 12 of these, working with prof. tour guids. I just found an old report from some of my clients who did in the meantime, our worldfamous Red Light District tours with me. If you want to read the reactions please clic here: VIP Tours The point is that if you guys want to make it succesfull you should know a whole lot about te history etc. in order to never let your clients be boared during the tour.

Good Afternoon, Pedro who is the young man doing this is going to Sosua via Puerto Plata this weekend in order to be sure of the exact location of the probable destinations like Lifestyles in POP. Can you all please suggest the most important destinations?
I'm looking at Google Earth while writing this.
In the Lifestyles area is Ocean World, Casino and Yatch marina.
Puerto Plata has some attractions but that would take a day learning the city.
East of Puerto Plata is the Playa Dorada complex and golf Club.
Not much until you get to POP airport that he should know where it is.
Sosua is next with two casinos but not vary many high end hotels.
(OH.... I live just outside of Sosua. I'd be glad to show Pedro around our little town.)
Monkey Jungle is up.. up.. up El Cocho road and the ride is bumpy. Monkey Jungle Dominicana | Benefits Projects in Dominican Republic & Haiti The place is much better then the website. Pedro may not want to drive all the way up but he should know about it.
East of Sosua is Sea Horse Ranch. I've given you some info about them before.
Caberete is the next town.
I'm sure that others will have better knowledge of this in their areas.
