I have been countless times to Panama and NEVER been asked to produce financial support for my entry or stay in their country! As far as Dominicans needing to produce $1,000 or double of anything other foreigners must show, my first time hearing of that in any place other than you...

It would be interesting to see the Dominican residency ID from some so called experts of the DR here posting a lot of condensed BS of the Dominicans and the country for starters...

You can find sickos everywhere. This thread was not about how sick Dominicans are but about a sick Dominican who commited a hideous crime.
