Anyone visited La Sirena at Galeria 360?

Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I know you have your doubts, but their millions (in USD$) tell otherwise based on financial studies on the areas of interest to these investors...

Do you really think IKEA has a problem of understanding purchasing capacity, in any given market they sink their teeth into?

Do you think La Sirena, Jumbo and then some are betting on dreams for their hypermarket investments all over the DR?

To most expats posting from the coast, "el flow" and God knows what hole in the DR is the real DR they know about...

For Chip, the majority of Santiago is made up of poor households, even when he can't even present proof to support it by just "listing" the hoods tete a tete (simple enough to do).

For our Donp and others, the DR is Narco Town, or Haiti Redux, but for the average Dominican household reality is what reality does each day of the year, living here without an expat for an spouse or the need of a green card to boost family income.

This is nothing compared to what's soon to take hold of the Juan Dolio area Studios, orthe nothern coast once the new terminal is built...

Have yet to post about the San Souci city in the making... The Navy is just ending their move from the spot this year...

Speaking of IKEA which is, I believe now 2 years in business here. I was there last week on a Wednesday mid afternoon and I was somewhat shocked, first when I only saw about 5 cars in the parkade, I thought it was closed. After a complete walk through I saw a total of 5 customers!!! I wonder how they are really doing?

Did you forget that was an out of body experience "wish-dream" you had?

Blah, blah, blah and nothing to show for it...

Maybe they're selling couch pillows stuffed with drugs, no?

LOL!

Actually Pichardo I say it like I see it and have no agenda unlike some who cheerlead on and on about how the DR market could never be over supplied. A little over the top dont you think? Credibility! LOL!

So... YOUR words are credible you say? Who's the judge and jury that decided that?

To me it's very simple: You offer the same as others here had tried time after time, with little to back it up other than, hmmm... Their WORDS!

Blah, blah, blah... Until proven otherwise!
