There's a difference when you are conducting a seminar with assistants in remote locations, rather than just 'reaching" to a large crowd.
We conducted seminars for all our managers real time and all we did was prepared the "assistants" that were leading those groups in several locations. These assistants were able to conduct the managers prior, during breaks from live streaming and after, so that they could not only soak-in the material and training but also respond to each of their relative questions on the subject.
It saved the company a lot of money to carry out the live seminars across the country and world, rather than flight, host and provide accommodations to all those managers as it was the usual for us.
In some instances we employed 3D printers in all our locations, to gather materials and ideas directly to all the locations based on our technicians. Before that was perhaps unthinkable given the time constraints.
