Huh? Are you sure about that bit?

YES I AM SURE, I stayed and was on housekeeping teams in lots of Hostels around the world some with seious bed bug troubles, ugly suckers they are. I did my research and as they are blood suckers, they bite one then the next...so theoretically yes. That's what the research stated from a scienctific website....but hey....maybe they were wrong....care to take the chance?

...and neither can mosquitoes in case anyone asks about that
