Probable expansion at the same area of Metro Country Club in the future. But i think now they concentrate on the construction of beach front condos . 3 new developments at the same time 2006 - 2008 ...is enough for the next 2 years.

steveg if metro was able to get 15-30 year finance agreements the prices of these properties would double overnight lets go metro work on that long term financing agreements alot of us northeast capital would flow into this area
