The Group Metro Country Club announced that it is arranged to emit bonds by thousand 275 million , to financing of the new tourist projects Marbella, Coasta Del Sol II and Las Olas , based on the climate of investments that will cause the bottoms of Pensions and Retirements.

Update on Metro Group Projects

The new project Ibiza will be builed on the huge lot just next to Guavaberry Beach Club on the same spot of Villas Del Mar area. Basically the idea to have all 4 projects in one coastline : Costa Del Sol 1,Costa Del Sol 2 , Marbella ... and now Ibiza. The new project will be officially announced next year.

Few more huge lots in front of Costa Del Sol 1 cross the boulevard are owned by Metro as well, were cleaned up before the inauguration . The say : probable future project will have Parking Area for both Costa Del Sol 1 and 2 , Shopping Mall , probable Residencial development as well. Good news for this area...

steve it seems they still have some cosmetic work in costa del sol 1 yet they are working on number 2

Club Hemingway is located between Costa Del Sol I and Capella Resort . Group Metro sold it few years ago , it was Metro Hotel and Marina before . Coral Park was Metro Tower. Both were remodeled from hotel rooms to condo apartments. Now they have two more towers under construction on the beach. Old marina is El Embarcadero Restaurante. Wooden deck over-looking the sea.
