On of the positives with staying in FOD is the owner Billy can give you direction and answer your questions. I believe Playa Dorada which is right across the road has a nice golf course and a casino. Sosua is a relatively short cab ride away.

If you want to take a few hours away from your festivities one day and do a little siteseeing, take the cable car ride to the top of Mt Isabella in POP. That, too, is a short cab drive away.

I agree, for a large group of guys in an unfamiliar town for a bachelor's party, FOD is better. You can be as rowdy as you want to be, but still be in a new property with close access to the the casino, theater, restaurants, and golf all located across the street at Playa Dorado. If you just want to bang whores all day and nothing else, then head to Blackbeards, an adult resort in Costamabar. They're used to accomodating large groups of horny men.

They have plenty of rooms or apartments if you like, restaurant, 24-hr bar, safety, guest-friendly, motorbike rentals (I think) and a pool.
