You're absolutely right, Miguel. Why some of these women are looking to the DR for mates and finding themselves with nothing but a piece of trash is beyond all sense. And on top of that they insist on taking them back home. It's not that difficult for a woman to hook up here in the west, so why put yourself through the drama? The latin love ain't all that, babe, believe me.

You see every reader interprets things the way they want, sees and hears things ... and you had a Scottish accent when you said it and you were drinking rum by a pool smoking a Presidente with your laptop. :classic:

Well maybe a Presidente is a beer, but I bought 2 boxes of cigars with that brand name at the airport to bring back to some of my friends.

If only that would be true for everyone. I on the other hand was taken so badly. He is here in Canada now, with an abuse record. I had to sell the house (which was bought with my money) but he will not realese it back to me. So I go to court. Not only did he ruin my life, he's taken everything I have. A Sanky? in every sense of the word. Is he the only one? NO he teaches his friends to do the same thing. I have made it my mission to stop them from coming to my country, using us, abusing us, then living the good life because of us. I will stop at nothing. My life is over because of Manuel.
