Yes, the marina is being built by phases, however phase one is done; in fact it was inaugurated not too long ago.

Some friends purchase a pre-build condo in Punta Perla back in 2008. It was supposedly water front in the marina. The plans they showed us where absolutely gorgeous. Big marina, tons of water front, golf course, 8 man made islands and the list went on. Unfortunately it was all a scam.

Very little construction but lots of pre-sales. Nobody really knows where the money went except for those who took it. Another big scam at the time was Roco Key. Its just past Hard Rock overlooking Macao beach.

The most important lesson here is never buy pre construction. Only buy finished property that has the title available.
