Riva 31 and POP Bad Boy . yes I understand what you are saying but do you think the Dominican office has really tried ? The large colonies of Dominicans are mainly in the USA and in Spain for obvious reasons.The fact that we do not need to have a visa for Colombia has not led to a large colony starting up in Bogota and similarly Equador and there are few Dominicans in the Asian countries where we do not need a visa . So I think the foreign office could make a good case for Dominicans being able to visit many more countries without a visa , if only for 90 days .
