In a nut shell, that's impossible on a dial-up. Also those little flashing green icons that you see in your task bar that show your connected to the Internet are also worthless. Most people on a dial-up in the DR get around 10-15k/sec and that's on a very good clean connection. On average it's closer to 4-5k/sec.
