Rays removed all advertising 2 weeks ago. Also Bally Sports had promos with him on TV. All cleared immediately. It feels like he never been in the franchise.

You never know. If the accusations continue to reveal new complaints/information, it might not be a matter of having money.

No, but given his experience in the MLB, the Japan League would normally be a league where a player of his ability (on the field) would go. But the Japan League is rather conservative so I doubt he would land there. However, the Japan League has signed former MLB players in the past with dubious reputations, so who knows. But if he plays again, IMO it would be in the Mexican League. That league will take anyone.
