the heavy duty will be present AFTER the Storm has passed your Altitude on your West.
thats for all who are East of the Center.
that's specially for the Ocean Conditions along our southshores,
it is still very long away from the real beginning.

I will go through the same only to the 10th power, my house in Santo Domingo is under the street level and it floods up to one feet of water if it rains steady for an hour or so... any volunteers with a mop?

they give people a chance to charge the inverter batteries as good as possible, as they know they may shut it down for a longer while, may be.
