I read through most of this thread and a few additions:
* Chikas use drugs - many like the surge of confidence that comes with cocaine use and more then a few qualify for addiction.
* The idea that chikas are victims forced in to prostitution due to economic pressures - is largely false and a ridiculous puritan view. There are some sad cases, very sad cases and I've helped a number of these. But most enjoy the sport, the lifestyle, and the upward mobility that the trade provides. In American English, they are called sporty girls for a reason. The smart women use the money to fund their education as abogadas or medicas because youth is fleeting after all..
* my opinion, but Sus?a should transition gradually to more family friendly environment if desired. Rapid change is doom.
