I think they haven't focused on the snowbird issued because they are very happy collecting their overstay fees.
It would be good if they accommodated the snowbirds so they could feel more comfortable staying 3-4 months even up to 6 months maybe.

My UA flight still shows operating on July 8 but that means little at this point.
Brits lose access the their NHS as ex-pats if they live abroad on a permanent basis. Also their life insurance if they don't notify the carrier..

I guess that is fair for Brits and Canadians to lose such benefits because most likely they are not paying any taxes to their home countries.
