I think the removal of the shacks, maybe some landscaping, paver stones and a boardwalk of sorts and some kind of code enforcement for putting up a retail food or whatever may make things very nice. The logistics I imagine will be complicated.
some board walk games and carnival rides to accommodate the massive influx of families

Not really, Sosua is so much better than any King or Queen, at least to the Saviours of Sosua.

At least "King" Carlos would fit in well with other corrupt expats.
He may even enjoy King Mangu's company and mangu royalty and wit, even though somewhat mushy.
Sosua does indeed seem to have a bright future.

Carlos could use some of his illegal gains to develop Royal Carlos Condos behind Sosua beach.
Subsequent visits by EU royalty including Albert II surely would stimulate Sosua's economy and add a touch of "class".

Please don't be upset about your failures or past crimes. Please do remember to like and subscribe.

Make it a great day Shakira!

I guess you missed my point. In RSJ they tore down eyesore shacks and put a series of nice paving stones. It was a simple renovation and completely changed the look and feel. I was not referring to a Coney Island style boardwalk. Maybe a series of nice walkways beachfront with a face lift of those tacky shacks. Maybe keep the byo Johnny walker and juuss for any of the "classic" crowd

How does this relate to DR?
You may as well wax eloquently about the nice paving stone promenades in Spain in Mediterranean resorts.

The quality of DR paving stone work, and lawn patches can be seen on Pedro Clisante, careful not to trip.

The country exists outside of Clisante. It seems you were not able to understand the example I have about Rio San Juan. Otherwise you may not have embarrassingly asked what it had to do with DR. This has left me somewhat out on the fence over your mental stability. Maybe Clisante is all there is if that's where she said "I do". I guess you can never get the Clisante out of the monger.

Another pi-- poor judgement of yours Shakira babe, is your preposterous comment about paving and stone work? Somehow I think you'd be the last indicated poor soul on the earth who would know there are many many very talented laborers in this country.

At any rate, more, make it a great night! Hugs!!!

RSJ,
Another hotbed of sophistication and civilization.
Sorry, I thought a king of mangu could do better.

💋 😘

I'm talking about the redevelopment of playa grande. You don't know because your mission was to get a who--are and dance awkwardly at Classicos thinking you look Dominican and how you fooled them all. Now you're back in NC? Talking about how things used to be.

I love.it!

The reasons why women prostitute themselves, is a lack of education and income producing jobs in the DR, to sustain their families.
Stop the pretend outrage and work on the real issues, which exist for decades in the DR and which are exacerbated by CV19 and poor gob.do management.
Great point(s).
I've been saying this exact same thing for years.

Here is another one (the last one in this thread) of the origin of Sosúa. It lasts about a half hour. It has an issue with the audio, but the film as clearly on display.

In spite of the fact that there are256 pages on this tread Sosua is still like one grain of sand in the big picture of the "Future of the Dominican Republic". It's going to be sorted out after covid, after new admin, after the return to tourism. Not to worry.
