They should clean it up. If done properly
Sosua could easily attract a different type
of tourist. Start by mapping out who is actually
responsible for which shacks/ spaces along
the beach. This way the vendors can be held responsible
for trash and unwanted behavior. Enforce some
general building codes and sanitation within the kitchen/ bar.
I do not see a need for a boardwalk or any other permanent
structures that may encourage them to remove trees.
Its not nearly as complicated as some people are pretending.

Sosua is Sosua no matter how nice you put lipstick on pig!
From Sosua News:

The former Bourbon Street still under tarps as an eye sore.
Some sidewalk "upgrades"
Highway conditions, pavement thickness, and driver behaviour as usual.

Well, acting like a lunatic on a motorbike does wonders to cure boredom. Whatever you do, don't fall off while in motion. If you do and are able to move any part of your body even if its only an inch, consider yourself lucky.

Sosua has been hit hard over the last two years, the Mayor/Government trying to clean it up,its a tourist town and lots of good people have suffered.Being known as a sex tourist place doesnt help.People are suffering and that sucks.
Sosua is fine one block keeps getting clubbed to death nothing’s changed in 10yrs, you live by the sword you die by the sword!free will and choice they had it made it simple 6 million other people here decided not service mongering community and they are fine if you still feel bad WU your guilt away!

When you mix kids with motos there will always be racing.
It is a natural behavior and chasing them with cops and threats will never work.
Some of these motos are beautiful and the kids modify and polish them to perfection.
Are you folks too old to remember your first car or motorcycle?

Responsible thing to do is provide the kids a place to safely race, maybe even require a helmet.
A few of the moto repair shops might be willing to participate if asked.
I have seen highways opened to bicycle racing with police cooperation, why not motos?
Sosua could become home to the first DR organized moto racing competition.
Maybe judging of best looking custom?
There are certainly enough motos and plenty of kids acting like kids.

I wonder where do YOU register? You think you're more that a pimple? I mean how significant are you? 🤷‍♂️

On it's face this is not a bad idea. Competitive camaraderie is good for kids and businesses alike. However, coming from the most litigious nation in the history of mankind one word comes to mind: "Liability". I have no idea what civil law in the D.R. is like, but do they have ambulance-chasing, bottom-feeding, scum-sucking mutants commonly referred to as personal injury lawyers?
