Thanks for finally giving up. I delete so much babbling nonsense on here that the possibility certainly exists I may miss some or delete the wrong post.

It appears to me a lot of the educated folks here toss down copious quantities of cold ones to be able to drop down to my level of stupid.

On the bright side, It makes it easier for me. ;)
It appears that you misunderstand.

I don't drink and post, but thanks for the insult, very professional.

I give up on giving a shit what the naysayers, anti-maskers, anti-science and just plain ignorant post. I'll post what I want, fact and science based and try and ignore the zombies ;)

One man's 'babbling nonsense" is a more sensible man's facts

Interesting update on Sputnik V in Argentina

As more countries join in:

Actually, the title of the article is a bit misleading.
Argentina had to resort to Sputnik V 🚀 because the administration dropped the ball on several other offerings that were considered to be more advanced in clinical studies. It was not their first, nor second choice.
Sadly, Argentina has been a mess for a very long time, and it's not just the economy any longer.

Has Argentina declared how many people they vaccinated and the results so far?

On the first report after the first 5 days from the start of the vaccination campaign and 32,013 jabs issued, 317 cases showed the expected normal symptoms and no critical adverse reactions.

Out of the 317, only 298 could be linked directly to the vaccine and others were not directly related to it.

"Babble" away. It's free, available and runs 24 hours a day. Wonderful place that is filled with all kinds of opinions . Some are "naysayers, anti-maskers, anti-science and ignorant" Let me add "smart, think for themselves, professional" people ". It's all good. Sometimes it's hard to understand the other side. Tranquillo.
Have a very blessed day.

Just like most folks, I am no fan of the lockdowns but I sure am enjoying the quiet nights.
I wish I could say the same. In my hood the curfew is just an excuse to gather in your yard crank up the music and yell as loud as you can to be heard over the music. Music started at 08:30 this morning (Sunday) and continues. Not as loud as on other occasions but loud enough to be heard as background noise.

Science regarding lack of effectiveness of lock downs.

And of course authorities know this, but they will just ignore these doctors as the reasons behind these lockdowns are far bigger than protecting the health and more political than medical.

I mean if you were a politician and you could leverage a pandemic as an excuse to further global political agendas AND get away with it, wouldn't you take advantage?

I find that "most" Dominicans don't need loud music to speak much louder than necessary. They can be a foot apart from each other and still feel the need to speak at a level that could be heard a block away.

Whatever.

Mods should refrain from posting "opinion pieces" since they're unwilling to be challenged. They certainly should not be posting and promoting BS, anti-science/mask/vaccine nonsense, questioning things they are not capable of understanding and liking similar crap from others. To be fair you're not the only one but the best modes are neutral or don't post at all except to be mods ;)

Did you have a good weekend? Mine was most excellent! (Thanks for asking LOL) :D
