Mortons was the only chain that served a great steak - but it came at the price of the whole cow.
Ruth Chris was hit and miss.
But you can find a lot of good steak joints in Texas if you fly out of DR like:
Smith and Wollensky and
Taste of Texas are great in Houston, or
Al Biernat's in Dallas.
I hear Shula's Steakhouse in Miami is good too ?
I used to eat regularly at the
House of Prime Rib when I lived in San Francisco - but brought my own horseradish because a prime rib without Atomic Brand Horseradish is just a crying shame.
Nowadays I just go for the 1300 peso churrasco at
Charli's in Sosua - It's not a juicy prime rib by any stretch, but it is good. They just don't serve Chimichurri sauce.

. But I use the A1 - as it is a dependable flavor.
Do any stores sell a decent chimichurri ?
