Legal Haitians in one small town in the USA.

Just wait until these Haitians see what our corrupted government has in store for them, like the Native Americans; total dependency.
I've watched some interviews with Haitians in, of all places Springfield; and all of them think there's work.
There wasn't any work in this dying Ohio town before they arrived, basically a few fool local politicians decided to
re-populate without any type of long term plan.
The most famous Haitian these days is the woman confronted by police squatting over a dead cat, of which video cannot be refuted.
I can only fathom this woman has mental deficiencies, as they are all receiving free food on what they have coined; "The magic money card".
I drank a lot when I first joined this forum as i was living full-time in Sosua and was constantly sticking my foot in my mouth (some might argue this is still the case) when commenting on these threads.
Perhaps it best you just soak your toes, prior to jumping in both feet first?

You questioned the credibility of the news source. As shown, they received the information from a governmental agency. Hence, the reporting is accurate. Whether or not any other outlet chooses to report it is their business. As far as "reputable journalists" in U.S. media, how many laughing emojis can I fit here?
Springfield has plenty of issues to deal with and not a one revolves around Haitian immigrants eating people's pets.
The local police department, the Mayor and the Governor of the State of Ohio have all made public statements to this effect.
In spite of that, certain individuals have doubled down on their accusations and in effect are using it as a political cudgel to rally their followers.
As could be expected there are an avalanche of threats of all sorts being carried out by said followers.
I have said it before and I will say it again...
If you really want to know what is going on in the little city of Springfield Ohio there are reliable news sites out there.

Gaslighting. A powerful tool of the human ego. The human ego must survive at all costs, so its toolset becomes more and more physical as desperation increases. Next is name-calling, shouting and finally, physical violence.
