I asked you before , of the 4 people you PERSONALLY KNOW who Drowned at this exact spot as you stated .
DID THEY FIND ALL THE BODIES or NOT ?

YOU the only one who put himself out there as an EXPERT in this Matter and for this AREA..

Yet you cant even answer that simple question .
We know why his position is what it is. And I don't blame him, but he's a cantankerous dude and his toolset includes insults and anger.

Personal attacks are not necessary even though you are desperate........So cool it with that ......

I said I don't blame you for your position. Why am I desperate? There is no body and we have a perp detained under a denuncia giving multiple accounts of a sequence of events that took him two full days to come forth with. That's all.

OK one nice question for you. Do you still insist she did not die of drowning as you stated many times at the start of the conversation?.............Yes or No.............

Once again, to be clear. My theory. I can only speak for myself. My theory is the kid committed a violent crime, panicked and left her there, perhaps dead or unconscious. He came back and had to strategize an alibi. He "may" have had help in the cover up. That's it.

So just to get this straight when you say violent crime that means she did not drown?. Correct?

I don't know what you are looking for. Whether the kid sexually assaulted her and left her unconscious and let the ocean finish the job is just spectaculation. Or, he could have assaulted and then unalived her, leaving the waters to carry her away. Or, maybe he had help and they did something with her body.

The fact that he changed his story slightly does not necessarily mean he's lying. When you're drunk, the exact sequence of events and what exactly happened can be muddled and jumbled up and you won't remember them clearly when you're sober.

How do you know he was intoxicated? Bottom line Cavok, until there is a body or perhaps another witness coming forward or more "discovered" camera footage, we are all speculating.

That is a lot of accusing to a guy who all reports say is not a suspect. But you are entitled to your opinion..............And did you get that link where he IS a suspect I have not seen it yet...........

Which has a higher degree of probability? That he was intoxicated at an AI that serves limitless alcohol for free, or he would violently kill someone he just met for no reason? You tell me..........

The family filed a denuncia. The kid has told different accounts. He is a suspect. Whether they call him a person of interest or a suspect is irrelevant. He is the last one to be with her in the water. He either left her there struggling to drown on her own for some reason or he killed her, or both.

Can anyone answer this without a wise crack? I doubt it very much..............
