You have zero argument style and have been consistently wrong on factsYour argument styles are those of rejected, ugly girlfriends trying to hang on to a relationship that had long left you behind

The article Windy posted clearly said they questioned the girls and their stories weren't consistent.Does not matter , take your pick
They surely questioned the girls as well . they leave no stone unturned ..
There are few cases with extraterritorial and universal jurisdiction. For example kidnapping, complex RICO and drug cartel cases, abuse of minors (by law passed in congress)/human trafficking, attacks/harm on a federal agent may perhaps be used for that aspect as they can qualify as crimes against the US.The analysis distinguishes between two scenarios, with additional consideration for the specified cases:
- Only US Persons Involved, Including US Person Killed by Another US Person:
- This scenario includes cases where both the victim and suspect are US citizens, such as a US person allegedly killed by another US person.
- The US has clear jurisdiction over both based on the nationality principle, which allows the US to regulate the conduct of its citizens abroad Extraterritoriality–Prosecuting Crime Committed Abroad. If the suspect is within US borders, prosecution is straightforward, with the FBI and Department of Justice handling the case. If the suspect is abroad, the US can request their return or cooperate with the host country for investigation, leveraging diplomatic channels to ensure jurisdiction is exercised.
- Specific laws like 18 U.S.C. § 1119 enable prosecution, making this scenario relatively straightforward compared to others.
In order to rebut the general presumption against the extraterritoriality of U.S. criminal laws, Congress made clear that §§ 1831 and 1832 are meant to apply to specified conduct occurring outside the United States. To ensure that there is some nexus, §§ 1831 and 1832 apply to conduct occurring outside the United States if: (1) the offender is a citizen or permanent resident alien of the United States, or an organization organized under the laws of the United States or a State or political subdivision thereof; or (2) an act in furtherance of the offense was committed in the United States. 18 U.S.C. § 1837. https://www.justice.gov/archives/jm/criminal-resource-manual-1140-extraterritoriality
Where have I been wrong? Please show me where I was wrong on a case fact. I was incorrect in the timeline, but corrected it, yes or no? Much more than what most would do. Your panties are just in a bunch now for some reason. You need to focus. Stop being a crybabyYou have zero argument style and have been consistently wrong on facts
You also said a girl like her would never drink and then a video showed her drinking and stumbling down the sidewalk. Try sticking to facts from now on, ok?Where have I been wrong? Do you know she was drunk? Do you have BAC data? No you don’t. You sir, stick to the facts! You also said a girl like her would never drink and then a video showed her drinking and stumbling down the sidewalk. Try sticking to facts from now on, ok?
is there a POINT here ? Cuz I dont wanna miss it if there is one .The article Windy posted clearly said they questioned the girls and their stories weren't consistent.
This is correct. Egos aside, any reasonable person understands that the most basic proof of something even close to the truth, is it doesn’t vary from person to person or, especially and most significantly, the main person of interest. When something is shady, you can count 100% of the time that there will be various conflicting accounts.is there a POINT here ? Cuz I dont wanna miss it if there is one .
They questioned him,. they questioned the other Girls .
their stories did not match , How much we dont know
Im unclear what you are getting at .
I didn't say she was drunk. I said video showed her and her friends drinking and then stumbling down the sidewalk. Those are the facts.Do you know she was drunk? Do you have BAC data? No you don’t. You sir, stick to the facts!
You’ve exhausted me. I have to hand it to you. Have a great rest of the day. Maybe stop in at the Janet’s new store and make a cooking project!I didn't say she was drunk. I said video showed her and her friends drinking and then stumbling down the sidewalk. Those are the facts.
That isn't the way I read it. The report said there were inconsistencies between the girls' version of events. The point being, it's not uncommon for even totally sober witnesses to recall slightly different versions of what happened.is there a POINT here ? Cuz I dont wanna miss it if there is one .
They questioned him,. they questioned the other Girls .
their stories did not match , How much of it did not match, or match their Previous Story , we dont know
Im unclear what you are getting at .
I'm going to stop into Janet's later but, after this discussion, I think I'm going to need a six pack of Presidente. You’ve exhausted me. I have to hand it to you. Have a great rest of the day. Maybe stop in at the Janet’s new store and make a cooking project!
Missing socks, shoes too. He also had a phone - that could be key to answering lots of questions if it also didn't go missing.in another thread the "person of interest" is seen on video returning to the hotel without his shirt after being on video wearing a shirt when going to the beach,
I can't count the number of times I have told Dominicans I know, the exact same thing. I'll take the DR over any big city back home.In the US you can get gunned down with an assault weapon in a Mall, Classroom, Church, or pretty much anywhere. And they give a warning for the Dominican Republic. Talk about the "The Pot Calling the Kettle Black"...............
Exactly. An autopsy can determine if she died by drowning, a medical issue, or if she was assaulted physically or sexually. I don’t know how long alcohol stays in a dead body. Probably diluted to a non detectable level by now if she was drinking. Certain drugs have a long residency time as do some toxins, if drugs were involved. No body, no clues that means no resolution and unfortunately, no closure for her grieving parents.None of this will add up to a hill of beans if they don't recover the body.
Arguably one of the dumbest things I've heard anyone say in a very long time.Once the DR has made a final finding and announced it, it is more or less over (emotions and sentiments aside).
Influence does not equate to authority. There is absolutely nothing short of sanctions that can play a role here - and even that has weak grounds given the resources the DR has spent to look into it.
