Assuming he pays his overstay fees! 🤣Nothing new will come to light. The person being held will go home to the USA and that's it.

That additional 10 day stay going to push him over 30 days?Assuming he pays his overstay fees! 🤣
Don’t know when he arrived but it will be close. I suspect a few people in the PN and maybe the justice department will be glad to see him leave. Hearing the DR media saying the government is doing more for her family than they would for Dominican families must be hard to hear. That additional 10 day stay going to push him over 30 days?
Well, he is free to go according to breaking news.Don’t know when he arrived but it will be close. I suspect a few people in the PN and maybe the justice department will be glad to see him leave. No doubt about it at this point. KeepComing posted about him getting a book out of this. Maybe if it’s ghost written. It’s more likely he will use his notoriety to make a quick buck with salacious media interviews.Well, he is free to go according to breaking news.

FYI missing person cases remain open until remains are found,,thats it ? , meaning what exactly ?
( not singling you out , but a couple people here seem to think this apparantly)
The Case is Officially NOT Closed . and will not be closed until evidence is found one way or the other, or at least a Body .
Well, then call it a cold case that is never solved unless by some miracle a body shows up down the road. The DR will abandon all efforts in a very short time now that the only suspect is free to go home.thats it ? , meaning what exactly ?

Yep a cold case with a 99.999999 % chance of never being solved.FYI missing person cases remain open until remains are found,,

What is it that you now disagree with about it being all over? That is a reality of what will happen and there is literally nothing more that will be done,
Lol... I think you have me confused with another poster? I do not know anything about a book, but who knows anything is possible. No doubt about it at this point. KeepComing posted about him getting a book out of this. Maybe if it’s ghost written. It’s more likely he will use his notoriety to make a quick buck with salacious media interviews.
You're really reaching Jose. Unless you are privy to the information, you really do not know. Do not believe everything you read in the media.Yes, they are not criminal in nature, though fleeing from officers can rise to that level, he likely got a plea deal for the other charges to be pled down to one charge. His age then may also have been considered. He doesn't have a DR bank account and he is getting a free room and meals. The lawyers wouldn't cost anywhere close to $50K, whether true or not, its not an amount one could carry around in cash easily. How did it get into the media or was it a clever way of signaling how his problems might be solved?
Add her to the list:Yep a cold case with a 99.999999 % chance of never being solved.
Well, good luck to him him in wasting people's time, their hopes and money. What is he going to prove? The True Private investigators are just getting Started ..
The P I ( TJ Ward) who worked on the Natelee Holloway cause for 18 years agrees this is not a simple drowning ..in fact he does not think she drowned at all
That is as of 16 Hours ago, unless he has changed his mind, which I doubt.
Well, good luck to him him in wasting people's time, their hopes and money. What is he going to prove?
Nothing.
LOLYes, one never knows. They look like traffic infractions on the surface. This is what they showed:

Report back to us in 18 years and tell us how it is going. They can start by shutting down the three hotels on the beach and dig up the whole beach to find where he buried her single handed..........And here we have yet another Fine example of a PI with a Lifetime of Experience, being called a Dummy
by the All knowing esteemed board members ..
18 years on the Holloway case .. SOLVED
but HE is the Idiot ?
right
That is not the parent's lawyer in the video. He is only guessing that they were advised by a lawyer and he said in Virginia you have to wait 7 years before you request a death certificate. Just like all your other completely baseless speculation and assumptions, you don't KNOW if they were advised by a lawyer and, if so, the lawyer had zero idea of what Dominican law was. Why is this so hard to understand?
Ok,. well then watch this Video, Just one of many places which mentions it .
.. Listen to the Lawyer speak as to WHY the Parents would ask for it
"strategic" is repeated several times .
Why would you think they just thought of this on their own ? its the LAST piece of paper these parents would want . except if there is a specific strategy behind it . and I DOUBT its just for the Insurance Money .. they dont need the money .
They definitely are being advised by Legal Counsel .. and a good one .
Why is this so hard to understand ?
Credible evidence, yes, but it's possible that they may have some leads that they want to pursue a little longer and that's why the passport was "lost" and another hearing scheduled on March 28th.Any credible evidence allowing the justice department to remand him longer would have been presented at the HC hearing. It wasn’t. There is none. I posted previously a downsized search for her body will continue for a week or two then shut down. That would be done even if he had headed home yesterday. Keeping him here for another ten days is just a legal formality tying up loose ends, reaffirming the release order, and making sure justice is seen to be done.
