how can school, health care, food and electricity be more than $3500 ?? The pricing I have found leaves me with an extraAh, yea, you'll find something nice for $800-1000 depending on where you are looking. Rent prices are based on the how drunk the owner was when he listed it, the rental agents mood at the time of signing an agreement, the length of time the listing sat on someones desk before being put on the internet, and timing of the full moon. Location, quality, comparable properties, amenities, length on the market have nothing to do with it.
If it is just you, $4,500 a month will do you well. If you have family in tow, then you'll struggle some especially at first.
$1000 a month...including the ISS school and healthcare
