Firstly the entry and egree for cars is ONLY on Lincoln so bad luck for all those coming on JFKennedy and the ramps are designed for maximum collisions ..When you exit , you must turn left and fight with all the traffic in Lincoln and then if you wish to turn right at JFKennedy you will find yourself blocked by guaguas and taxis publicos all 3 deep on the corner....a total lackof decent planning .

How can architects and engineers get so many things wrong after so many malls have been built. This mall is not remotely green and is more inconvenient than Mega centro which was built years ago . Firstly the entry and egree for cars is ONLY on Lincoln so bad luck for all those coming on JFKennedy and the ramps are designed for maximum collisions ..There is a distinct lack of elevators and next to No natural light penetrates the building . When you exit , you must turn left and fight with all the traffic in Lincoln and then if you wish to turn right at JFKennedy you will find yourself blocked by guaguas and taxis publicos all 3 deep on the corner....a total lackof decent planning . Inside the concrete maze you will find the normal range of brand stores that 95% of Dominicans can not afford and a Very average JUMBO ..worth avoiding

Are you the administrator of BlueMall?

I got a look at the inside of the Blue Mall during my last visit to the DR. I don't like malls, but in the case of the DR, it was good to know I could go to a safe place and not worry about the car - or myself. The whole city seems to be changing now. Starting to look like any US city, what with IKEA, fast food joints, malls.

Pichardo - at what point did it become cool to throw away the DR's natural culture and adopt an American consumption culture of spend spend spend shop shop shop brands brands brands?

Oh wait, it's not cool, because 89% of the country can't afford to do it.

So what's the big deal? Agora Mall is just another mall, nothing more and nothing less. I ended up parking on the 5th level and after about thirty of us were waiting on the elevator we were told the elevator is not stopping on this level so we walked down two flights of steps to enter the mall.

The mall is large, the mall is clean, the mall has a food court, and the mall has stores. About the only places ringing up the cash register were the shops in the food court. Wait a few months until the novelty of a newly opened mall wears off and you can go shopping there and have the entire mall to yourself.

Recruitment for extras to ride up and down escalators so photos can be taken.

Judging by many of the photos more 'extras' are needed to ride up and down the escalators when photos are taken. These could be sought out positions attractive to many Dominicans and gringos too.

Also 10-15 people in a store creates a buzz.

So the address of the recruitment office please so I can tell friends.

More exciting photographs could be taken using one of these:
