it is/was a mongering site, i believe. in search of chicas. there are quite a few of them, actually, with paid access area and forums and so on. i was reading one of them few weeks ago. they refer to dr1 so be nice ;)

The US has a law that any citizen of the US that engages in sex with a minor anywhere in the World can be prosecuted
in the US. Sentence I believe is up to 20 years.

I think they will prefer U.S. prison to D.R. prison if it gets that far. Would be an interesting case to follow in the U.S., but NO specifics about where they are from, age, etc.

The other point that the article picks up on...(albeit I don't understand the reference to Germans).....is that the authorities consider Sosua one of the place where there are most cases of foreigners linked to such behavior.
