Oh JD!

Hey guys,
Sad to say, but we're gonna have to back out on the Dinner. I was really looking forward to being there,(for a variety of reasons), but Ingrid has
now found out that she has an exam in two of her classes that night.
We could probably pull it off, but I'm having a hard time seeing how we could be there for food, then be back in Santo Domingo by 6 pm for classes.
I hope ya'll have a really good time, and next year, she won't have this university crap to deal with anymore.
Can anyone save me a piece of pumpkin pie....(sigh!)

I understand! I have to miss the party too. Gosh, only a couple of days ago I would have been delighted to make you a pumpkin pie, freshmade and delivered to SD for you and Ingrid... I can bring the right stuff from USA.

But I've discovered there are certain issues (Wining, Dining thread in Mars & Venus) with women cooking for men... am very worried about this, because I enjoyed cooking for lots of men in Sosua previously.

If I can think of a solid, binding, legal disclaimer, perhaps it can still be done.

But, hey, it's the thought that counts, right?
