I am quite sure I have the issue resolved. I pay a few bucks more in rent to live in what I consider a much nicer, secure apartment building. Senor concierge is in the parking area from 7am to 7 pm, plus the daytime cleaning people. 7pm someone comes in to replace him. Small apartment building with only 24 apartments.
I just made it clear to concierge that I want no one else parking in my two spots. PERIOD
Once someone was flicking cigarette butts in the parking lot and the managing company send out a memorandum to put a stop to that. I am actually in a building no one plays music loud enough to hear, if they play it at all. I am not living amongst tigueres, just the occasional don't think clear Dominican.
