anyone interested in starting a networking group in SDQ?

7:00 am works!

The chapter I am involved with meets at lunch time, once a week...I could never make a 7 am meeting. Just a thought.

I have always found that this time works the best. Never argue with success! There is a very successful networking group worldwide, and all 4100 of their chapters meet at 7:00 am. Yes, you have to be committed! (Businesswise, not mental)

Just out of curiosity,

1. How many members in your group?
2. How many show up at every meeting?
3. How many referrals for business have you passed to others, and how many have been passed to you?
4. How many members in your group from each profession?

1. approx 25
2. 18 to 20
3. I'm not a member yet but have gotten about 4 referrals from the group and referred to two members...that is from only two meetings.
4. They only permit one person from each profession.

This is a new BNI chapter group.

But then there is Rotary International, the grandfather of networking groups, with 31,000 chapters that almost all meet for lunch.

Sorry, we have to be consistant! Our weekly meetings go from 7:00 am to 8:30 am. This way everyone can still be in their prospective offices by 9:00, or close to it!

We sure would love to have you come!
