A new road is being cut for the Cabarete Country Club. It is on the south side of main highway 5, between the entrance to Costa Azul and Encuentro.

Please be on the lookout for heavy machinery going in and out of that road over the next year or two.

The wall between the golf course and La Cienaga will be the first thing built.

Never been a fan of golf however I've got a lot respect for those who play the game well. I don't see another golf course on the north coast having much of an impact on the overall development taking place in and around Cabarete.

Well, the new occupants of all the thousands of apartments being constructed have to have something to do. They can't all be wind sports fans or geriatric expats. I have always been surprised that there are not more golf courses on the North Coast.

There are million dollar flats that have pre sold at Eden. There is a significant population of wealthy expats (and not wealthy) that find it very convenient to have a links right in their back yard. Playa Grande is very $$$. Not much to write home about in POP either. Im also fairly certain the developers have performed a thorough due diligence.

There are many developments already in the building process on the north coast. Many purchased by Dominicans. Many by expats looking for a place to live or snowbird.

The Cabarete Country Club will have many houses and condos, but the total amount was not yet mentioned. I expect announcemens from the Argentines soon on that.

I suppose some of those people will even play golf.

I don't see it that way, but we will see how they market it.
This is an example of their style of promotion using a current project thay have in Cabarete as an example.
It is less hyperbolic than many such web sites.

Our mission is to raise the bar in construction quality and design and deliver the best option in luxury real estate in the North Coast of the Dominican Republic.

Our exclusive number of apartments, rigorous focus on construction quality, and architectural approach are all in line to deliver a true legacy property for our owners.

We wish for our owners to start living their beautiful life at Eden.
It is certainly an expensive option, and I imagine it is above the level of construction of almost all others.

Well - we have a newly opened indoor Golf Simulation facility in Sosua.

As they say, a rising tide floats all boats. This very high price point will likely bring up Cabarete's property values across the board. Separating the town's luxury vibe even further from that of Sosua's.

"Exciting news! Construction has begun on the Cabarete Golf & Country Club, just 500 meters from Kite Beach Villas II.
