The thread had a list og countries Dominicans can visit w/o visas

Thank you. But that I saw. Mexico requires a visa. My wife Dominican citizen back in 2016 was not a USA citizen she and I traveled to Belize. She was required to obtain a Visa. Very easy got it at their airport. Basically they just want the $$.
So my Mother in law has a USA victors visa. (she is dominican) was hoping someone here could help if she could visit Mexico with a USA visitors visa.

Yes you can
My wife and I went to Cancun last year, and she is Dominican and was allowed into Mexico with a valid Canadian Visa.
Also Schengen or US Visitor visa will suffice, no need to apply for a Mexican visa.

Thank you as she holds a 10 year USA visitors visa. But of course her Dominican passport has expired. Tomorrow she is going to the Nagua passport office to get a new one. I am wondering how they will get the visitor visa out of her expired passport?

I think you'll have to bring both passports with you to Mexico(?).

Chances are they will put a sticker on her expired passport that is suppose to make it usable while the new passport booklet arrives. There is a shortage of passport booklet.

Great question and good to know answer regarding Mexico allowing certain other countries visa holders to visit without getting a specific visa for Mexico.

Are there any other countries like Mexico that allow Dominican Citizens with US 10 year visitor's visas to visit without having to get a specific visa for that country? Ones that would ordinarily require such a visa?

Thanks, there are quite a few more on that list since the last time I checked it. A couple might even be of interest.
A shame an EU/Shengen visa is still needed for those with a US 10 year visitor's visa.
