do not flatter yourself. nothing from you hurts me.

one bromide i live buy in life is...''consider the source''.

and, by the way...why would i be hurt? i was right, remember?. the way things shelled out, i figured it out from moment one, while you were trying to browbeat me...
I never mentioned upbringing you know well it was someone else.

Was going to mention in my previous post that coincidentally there was a biker funeral yesterday just north of TO.
Then thought, no, speculation and not DR related. Until I read this...

Hundreds of bikers honour murdered Hells Angel at Woodbridge funeral

Four dozen Hells Angels sporting the club’s distinctive red-and-white winged skull “deathhead” patches on their backs roared the engines of their Harley Davidson motorcycles to escort murdered Mississauga Hells Angel Michael (Diaz) Deabaitua-Schulde to his grave Saturday.

The Woodbridge funeral at the Vescio Funeral Home was attended by more than 350 outlaw bikers from across Canada and at least one Hells Angel from the Dominican Republic......

He went to pay his respect on the part of the DR chapter. That's what brotherhood is. Nothing wrong with that.

I had a hard time picking out DR Angel in picture...it reminds me of walking through school hallways ,9 green apples and 1 red with” dare to be different “ poster

easy with the speculations.

this man has family. they are probably reading his.

let us wait until the official details are published before we start commenting. speculating at this point is bad form.

it could lead to the conclusion that you have bad upbringings.

I love when people close to the people involved in the case, start defending participants of the crime. Staying they know them well , and the suspect would never do something like that. Like Geraldine , in Brents case. Or more recently the chica who had her husband killed in puerto plata.

Better to just wait for the facts. This way nobody ends up with egg on thier face, and everybody gets a participation trophy. Lol

He was wanted by RCMP in 2015 for cocaine smuggling.

Perhaps someone higher up the
food chain felt once captured he
might get flipped and become an
informant so they decided to settle
this case out of court. No witness, no case.
Or like we used to say back home..
Nobody talks, everybody walks.

What is the reason? Why so many murders of foreigners in Sosua?

Top 5 Reasons.
Money.
Money.
Money.
Money.
And you guessed it....
Money.

I'd say the naivety of the foreigners plays a big role because they get involved with the wrong people.
in the 6 years that I spent in the DR twice they tried to rob me but those weren't people from my inner circle.
Never had any problems.

It sounds like a wild west out there, foreigners dropping left and right in DR, it's becoming more dangerous than safer, no... !?

I am sure DV8 can tell us the latest stats and comparison over the years, but folks, watch your back... !

it is a wild west out there because, as some guy famously said, there are bad people on both sides. the people who live normal lives recoil in horror when they see a guy getting the tar beaten out of him, or some dude getting shot up like a target in his driveway. they believe it must be due to the fact that it is a lawless society, and this is just an outpouring of Dominican violence.

whoa, now. time to take a stock of who is getting involved in these contretemps. no regular guy, who enjoys a ''normal '' life is getting the crap kicked out of him in a lonely corner of a village, at 1am. this country is crawling with some shady foreigners, who get themselves involved in some dodgy stuff, and its attendant perils.

For sure, that is true in the vast majority of such cases.

some guys believe that because they are tough guys in their homelands, and people fear them, that they should be even more feared by a bunch of guys who come from a third world country. then they get involved in stuff which they should be staying away from, only to find that these cats do not have any reverence for them, and will waste them in a heartbeat.
