Exactly! He won't buy anything except legs. They try to sneak in ribs but he's like a ninja, on them in a second.I spend a lot of time getting rid of them before cooking...

Actually my wife and I were thinking about a trip to the southwest. She is due for vacation soon. It would be worth a side trip to buy some nice meat. I have not seen mutton here on the north coast ever. I can smell a nice joint of mutton slow roasting in the oven as I write!We are in Azua Prov. -- be a bit of a drive from the north.
